Question: What is your Merchandise/Instrument Return Policy?
Answer: All customers will be given 14 days from the receipt of purchase to return any unwanted items to Wright Music Inc. for a full refund (minus any shipping/insurance charges). Wright Music Inc. will not cover return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by your original invoice and include all of the original packaging. All returned items must be returned in new condition. If any items are returned in a damaged or unexpected condition they will be assessed a restocking fee.
